Northvale NJ- The Housing Authority of Bergen County (HABC), on behalf of the Housing Development Corporation of Bergen County, is pleased to announce that pre-applications will be accepted for Franklin Heights Apartments, located at 187 Franklin Street, Northvale, NJ. The development offers 6 one-bedroom apartments and 4 studio apartments for income-eligible seniors age 62 or older.
ONLY ACCEPTING ONLINE APPLICATION FROM:
Monday, November 9, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. through Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

In-Person assistance will be available at Franklin Street Villa Community Room, 188 Franklin Street, Northvale, NJ 07647 From Monday November 9th and Tuesday November 10th from 10-3pm.
