Vendor of the Week: Zabka Polish Deli

Based in Sayreville, Zabka Polish Deli brings delicious Polish specialty food to the Highland Park Farmers Market every week.

They offer handmade pierogi, smoky kielbasa, savory stuffed cabbage, cheese babka, and more. Made from traditional recipes, Zabka's offerings are perfect for a hearty fall meal or a satisfying snack.

Come say hi to Zabka Polish Deli at the Market this week!

Highlights This Week:

Tons of fall produce from our local growers!

Winter squash, apples, beets, bok choy, peppers (sweet and hot), broccoli, potatoes (sweet, red, and yukon), greens (kale, head lettuce, broccoli rabe, chard), seasonal mushrooms, and more.

Cherry Grove Farm will have their delicious, award-winnning Trilby cheese!

This earthy, creamy cheese has a limited season, so be sure to try some this week.

**Save the Date**

Hudson Grinding Knife Sharpening will be back next Friday 10/16 with on-site sharpening services.

Bring your dull knives and tools to get sharpened while you shop!

The Highland Park Farmers Market accepts SNAP/EBT!

For every dollar of SNAP/EBT that a customer spends at the HP Farmers Market, they will receive the same amount (up to $25 per week) of additional funds for free to purchase fresh produce at the Market. This match is supported by the

Good Food Bucks program and City Green.

Several farm stands also accept WIC and Senior FMNP.

See the Market Staff table under the Welkovits Pavilion to process

SNAP transactions and learn more.
