Property Manager Updates
| | |
Greetings Residents,
For those owners who have opted into electronic notices and voting this past Wednesday, you received the official notice of the Board of Directors’ meeting on Thursday, November 2nd. There is one correction to this notice – Castle Group will automatically update the assessment amounts for all owners on auto-pay. In the letter, it says that owners need to manually update the amounts. We apologize for any confusion caused by the error. Of course, we would encourage you to make sure the correct amounts are being drafted on the schedule you have selected for 2024. For those owners who are set to receive physical notices, those should be arriving over the next few days.

Soil, sod, bricks and stones are not considered yard waste. Please contact Waste Management for further details.

Living in an HOA, there are various rules for many reasons such as to keep the community beautiful and to be a good neighbor. You could consider having a friendly conversation with a resident who may be violating a rule.
Violations can be reported to the HOA office in writing with as many details as possible including day, time, violation type, individual(s) if known, photographic evidence, etc. This information will prove very helpful in assessing the claim and making contact with the individual(s) violating. Thank you.
