SPRING CELEBRATION – APRIL 20th, 2017 Spring Celebration is just over two months away! Here are a few important deadlines:
THANK YOU to the businesses, families and grandparents who have already sent their sponsorship information. We ask all sponsors to submit their information no later than March 10th in order to meet printing deadlines. Checks should be made out to “HPS PTO” or sponsorship donations can be made via Paypal at our website, www.hpspto.org. Please type “sponsorship” in the notes. Your event tickets will be held at Will Call the night of the event.
Silent Auction Item Donations
Information will come home in this week’s Tuesday folder regarding item donations. Please submit donations no later than March 24th. Some examples might be artwork, services for the home, concert or sporting event tickets, and sports memorabilia.
Tickets will go on sale the third week in March. Please keep in mind event tickets are included at ALL sponsorship levels.Sponsorship and silent auction donation forms can also be found online at the following link, www.hpspto.org.
