Keep in mind that absolutely no prior experience is necessary; there are varied roles, suiting anyone’s interests/ time constraints. Xavier Women's Basketball Game
An HPS group outing/fundraiser has been planned for
January 28 at 2pm
to see the Xavier women's basketball game. This specific game includes the celebration of the Blue Blob's birthday, so there is cake, games and inflatables for the kids to enjoy before and during the game.
Tickets are $10 each or 4 tickets for $35. Proceeds will support the increased cost this year of renting gym space for the school’s basketball teams.

Save The Date! HPS Family Bowling
Join us for an afternoon of family bowling on Sunday,
February 18th from 2-4 pm at Stone Lanes.
Flyers with full details will be sent home with your student in the Tuesday, January 23rd folders. Cost is $7.50 per bowler and space is limited so turn in your paperwork by Feb 7th! A submitted form with a check (Made out to HPS PTO) will serve as the registration.

It may still be freezing outside, but it's time to start thinking about spring…soccer that is! Spring soccer
registration will open on Friday, January 12
th

Principal Search Survey and Timeline
Here is the timeline for the rest of the search process:
- First week of January - Collect surveys from stakeholders.
- January - Finalize interview questions, and submit to CPS for approval. Post position. District screens applicants. LSDMC receives list of qualified candidates.
- February - Conduct first round of interviews.
- March - Conduct second round of interviews. Announce final decision.
