UPDATE: Lost-and-Found Items!
Check the Inventory (in Person or Online)!

All lost-and-found items have been moved to tables outside of the gym. Please be sure to check the tables for your child’s lost items. You may peruse the tables on your way into or out of your child’s winter concert, or any other time that is convenient to you.   Any items not claimed by winter break (December 15 th ) will be donated.

For your convenience, the items have been photographed and uploaded to Flickr.

You can find any lunchboxes and water bottles here:

Miscellaneous items, including hats, gloves, scarves, books , and more, can be found here:

All other clothing items, including jackets, can be found here (please note, this is the album shared previously, but more items have been added):

If you find anything that you would like to add to the lost-and-found,  please DO NOT add them to the tables . Instead, you can place newly lost items in the lunchroom lost-and-found, or in the cardboard box located underneath the tables outside the gym. Any newly lost items will be catalogued with Flickr pictures to be shared with the HPS community, and will be donated in February if unclaimed.

Thank you!

Elective Showcase
Grades 3-6  attended the elective showcase on Friday. This was a great opportunity for students to learn more about each elective. Thank you to the wonderful teachers who teach these electives - Harry Potter, Mindful Art, cooking, pottery and many more! The students have thoroughly enjoyed their experiences!
Volunteer Opportunities
Consider Being a Part of the Spring Celebration Team!

Dear HPS,

Will your New Year’s Resolution include something along the lines of “…get involved” or “…give back” or “...meet more HPS families”?

Involvement in HPS’s largest fundraiser - the Spring Celebration - may be the perfect place to start!

Plan to meet with other potential volunteers to learn more  on Tuesday, January 16  at Hyde Perk Coffee & Wine Bar,  located at 3664 Edwards Rd.

Keep in mind that absolutely no prior experience is necessary; there are varied roles, suiting anyone’s interests/ time constraints. Some include seeking donations from local businesses, creating raffle baskets, helping on the day of the event, and many other job options! We always have a fun group of volunteers!

Also, save the date for the sixth-annual Spring Celebration  on Thursday, April 19.  More details coming soon!

If you have any questions, let me know! My email is beth1abell@aol.com .

Thank you for considering to be a part of the Spring Celebration team! We hope to see you January 16!
