The Professional Development Committee needs member input

The member-driven Professional Development Committee is looking to engage the broader membership. The Committee will be holding a digital focus group with members to gather feedback on the skills and behaviours in relation to the CPHR Competency Framework that are relevant at different career stages. The feedback gathered will help the Committee provide valuable input to the association on future professional development opportunities that are better targeted towards members at every career stage. This focus group will be held online. By registering for the focus group you are indicating your interest and availability. However, an official list of participants will be drawn up from those who have registered in an effort to have a representative population participate in the focus group.

Contribute to research on respectful and psychologically safe workplaces
