Iḷisaġvik Recommends...

What’s the next big show to binge? The next podcast to download? The movie you think we should watch or the recipe to try one evening after work? What book should we curl up to read this month?

Here are some recommendations from staff:

  • Read "The Fire Keeper's Daughter" by Angeline Boulley, because "it's SOOOOOO GOOOOD"
  • Read a long, beautiful novel: "Little, Big" by John Crowley
  • Bundle up and beachcomb
  • Hug your fur baby at least once a day!
  • Watch "Top Gun: Maverick"
  • Binge "The Bear"on Hulu
  • Watch "Elvis"
  • Read the gothic horror story "The Hacienda" by Isabel Cabañas
