EH&S Tips for a Safe Summer

While you are enjoying the summer sun, keep in mind these useful tips to stay cool and safe:

Try to stay in cool areas, especially if you start to feel unwell.
Drink water and replenish your electrolytes regularly. Be mindful of drinks that may dehydrate you like coffee or alcohol.
Wear light clothing and sunscreen.
Avoid peak sun hours.
Check on your fellow Panthers and pets to make sure they are staying cool and hydrated.

Don't let the summer sun ruin your fun! Anyone can be a champion for safety. Protect your fellow Panthers by reporting safety concerns or near misses to EH&S.
