The Office of Employee Assistance (OEA) invites faculty and staff who serve as family caregivers to the Caring and Sharing support group. Meeting virtually at noon on the last Friday of each month, the series begins with its first session on Friday, May 30.
Balancing work and caregiving can be challenging; it's easy to feel like you're navigating it alone. The Caring and Sharing support group was created to provide a safe, confidential space for employees who are caregivers to connect, share experiences, and support one another. Whether you're caring for a family member, a loved one, or a friend, we know that balancing caregiving responsibilities with work and personal life can sometimes feel overwhelming.

Looking for a new way to connect, unwind, and grow this summer? Register for the OEA's virtual, biweekly meetings of the Panthers Thrive Book Club, beginning Friday, June 13 at noon.

The OEA is excited to bring back Qigong classes during the summer!
Accessible to everyone, regardless of fitness level, Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”) is a gentle yet powerful practice that combines breathwork, movement, and meditation to cultivate energy and promote relaxation.
