Wellness Matters

PAWS & Care - Your Monthly Wellbeing Tip from the Office of Employee Assistance

March is National Nutrition Month®, and it’s the perfect time to add more color and balance to your meals. The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics encourages focusing on a variety of fruits, veggies, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats to fuel your body and support long-term health.

Tip: Try aiming for at least three different colors on your plate at each meal. It’s a simple way to boost nutrients and build healthier habits one meal at a time.

New Spring Workshop

Nature at Work: Reset, Refocus, Restore is an interactive, research-based workshop exploring how light, greenery, movement, and outdoor exposure support stress recovery, mood, and focus.

Participants will experience simple reset practices, learn the science behind attention restoration, and identify small, realistic ways to align their workspace with how the brain functions best.

This isn’t about escaping work, it’s about designing work that works with us.
