1705.025 Pregnancy, Childbirth, and Pregnancy-Related Conditions for Students and Employees. This policy provides FIU students and employees the right to be free from discrimination because of pregnancy and pregnancy-related conditions, including but not limited to the need to express breast milk for a nursing child.

Annual Outside Activity/Conflict of Interest Reporting
Members of the university community are required to make certain annual disclosures depending upon their employment status and role. Recently, reminders were distributed to ensure the FIU family’s continued compliance. The required disclosures and attestation are:
- Annual Outside Activity/Conflict of Interest Reporting (OA/COI)
- Annual Electronic Nepotism Disclosure
- Background and Criminal History Check Requirements Policy
Completing your annual disclosures and attestation can be done through the online reporting systems found on PantherSoft and on FIU Develop. If you have not completed yours yet, it is imperative that you review the applicable policies and email notifications from the Division of Human Resources and complete the required disclosures and attestation by their due dates.

The Passport Office @ FIU now offers CLEAR+ services. CLEAR+ is an opt-in service that provides travelers with faster, easier airport security experience.
CLEAR+ expedites the identity verification process at airport checkpoints. Only U.S. Citizens and legal permanent residents 18 and older are eligible for CLEAR+.

FIU Takeover Night!
The Miami HEAT will be hosting FIU Takeover Night at their game against the Boston Celtics on Thursday, January, 15 at 7:30 p.m. at the Kaseya Center
Ticket prices start at $54 and include a limited-edition Miami HEAT & FIU bucket hat upon purchase. Tickets are offered on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last. In addition, there will be several exciting opportunities before, during and after the game including:
