Tap into the gentle power of Qigong at the upcoming Meditative Movement Sessions hosted by the Office of Employee Assistance (OEA)!
Qigong is an ancient Chinese healing practice that blends together gentle movements, deep breathing, and meditation. Led by an expert instructor, these mindful sessions aim to foster a healing environment, promote relaxation, enhance centering, and improve flexibility, balance, and body awareness.
