The Holidays are the most wonderful time of the year! Or are they? For most people, family gatherings, company parties and get-togethers with friends around the holiday season are rarely stress-free. In these 50-minute workshops, we will explore a number of useful recommendations for navigating the stress ridden and potentially contentious holiday season. The workshop will conclude with a relaxing and peaceful intention-setting meditation.

Join us for the Coping with Holiday Stress workshops which will be offered twice during December.
