We have reached the halfway point in FIU’s fiscal year. Supervisors and employees are encouraged to have “check-in” conversations about the progress of their goals from the last fiscal year. To help with those discussions, 2022-2023 PEPs are now available.

The mid-year discussions are just to “check-in.” PEP documents should NOT be submitted at this time.

We would like to express our gratitude for your unwavering commitment to the recent TLC Brigade food drive held during the month of February. Explore the Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion’s (DEI) Belonging Survey Dashboard, designed to explore data trends that emerged from the analysis of the first FIU DEI Belonging Survey.

Users can review trends by stakeholder groups or demographics, as well as conduct intersectional analyses using different variables, such as gender, race/ethnicity, sexuality, disability status, and age group, among others.
