Over the past few years, employees have been asked to do more, do their work differently, and do better in novel and demanding ways, all while managing personal obligations and family life. The feeling of languishing or “will this ever end?” abounds in the workplace and can have an impact on mental health.

Working on our mental health does not have to be limited to those who are experiencing a crisis or have received a formal diagnosis. Mental health matters for everyone.

Register for the upcoming Languishing: How to Overcome It and Thrive Zoom sessions beginning at 12 p.m.to start your journey toward healthy living:

National Computer Security Day is on Wednesday, November 30, and we want to encourage everyone to stay vigilant against potential scams when online. During the holiday season, cyber actors increase their tactics by sending emails containing malicious links or attachments infected with malware and spoofed messages that may look like they came from a trusted source.

The best defense in staying safe online is education! As a reminder, the Division of IT created an online Cybersecurity Awareness Training course that gives you the necessary tools to stay cyber secure.
