On October 10th, a jury awarded a nearly 17-year (former) employee
for the employer's discrimination and failure to provide accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Of that,
was for the employer's "malice or reckless disregard" of the employee's rights.
! And, that was despite the fact that the employer had related polices in place and provided employees with related training.
So, what happened
