Preventive Care Incentive Program

Friendly reminder to all Aetna medical plan participants! You may be eligible for up to a $240 incentive reward payment for having gone to your preventive care examinations during the plan year: January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. Please complete the Preventive Care Incentive Program Participation online form located in UKG under Benefits Forms 2026 along with the first page of each corresponding Explanation of Benefits document on or before February 27, 2027. Hiring Managers:

Remember before your new hire joins the team...

Before your new hires begin to work, they must visit Human Resources to provide the necessary documentation verifying their identity and work authorization. HR staff members are available in both our NYC (161 William Street, 16th floor) and Pleasantville (Goldstein Academic Center, 1st floor) campus locations. Before they begin to work, please advise your new hires to schedule an appointment by contacting our Talent Acquisition team at talentac@pace.edu.

The FY26 Annual Performance Review cycle is underway. Employees and managers are encouraged to complete their reviews and performance conversations by October 30, 2026. Resources, quick guides, and training materials are available within the PMDP dashboard in UKG Ready. This is Pace's 36th year participating in the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure to help beat breast cancer. To register, go to the Pace Team Page. This inspiring event will take place in NYC on Saturday, October 24th. The entire Pace community is encouraged to join and there will be a bus provided for those coming from the Pleasantville campus.
