Our Human Resources (HR) team has grown in size and talent. With a fully functioning team and many new faces, I'd like to re-introduce our members and how we're structured to best serve you, our People, both strategically and creatively. Take a look at HR's organizational chart and read about each individual team member and their role below.
Oversees the entirety of the HR department with the goal of developing a team that's a strategic partner to support and drive the goals of the Firm, while maintaining our company culture. The HR strategy is being developed to ensure our policies and procedures align with our growth, while helping our people perform at a high level.

HR Managers
The HR manager role is evolving into a strategic advisor, problem solver, collaborator and consultant to employees, coaches and leaders. HR managers are connecting HR efforts and initiatives to business goals, and building programs to support our Firm and growth.
Karen Sating
Karen is the HR manager for the Northeast, East Central and Southeast regions, corporate finance and internal communications.

Mindy is the HR manager for the West Central region, government, BV, SALT, RIS, pension services, CAS, HR consulting services, dental services, PMA, STG, IT and practice growth.

Megan Mullaney
talent acquisition team leader
Megan leads and delivers strategic recruiting solutions that enable the firm to attract and hire quality talent. Recruiting will be centralized under Megan and Susan Geier as they directly partner with hiring managers to source and screen qualified candidates. Megan will also continue to develop our recruiting strategy in sourcing, screening, selection and employer branding to candidates.

Susan Geier

Susan works to recruit new talent for Rea by identifying great candidates with positive and professional experience. Susan will also be responsible for our University relations initiatives and intern programs.

Kaitlyn Moss
benefits manager
Kaitlyn is responsible for administering, evaluating and maintaining all firm benefits programs, and she offers counsel to employees on those benefits.

Michelle Holloway
training & development manager
Michelle oversees all learning, training and development at Rea. She is responsible for our new learning management system, LCvista, and has been critical in developing our employee onboarding programs and experience. Michelle is your first point of contact for training at Rea.

Tammy Barton
learning & development administrator
Tammy keeps the firm compliant with CPE requirements, oversees internal CPE requests to completion and keeps CPE credits current in employees' LCvista accounts. With the implementation of LCvista, she'll also help maintain non-CPE training credits to ensure transcripts are correct/complete.

Jennifer Kasserman
talent advisor
Jennifer currently supports our government team, but moved her coaching talents part-time to HR in May 2022. As talent advisor, she will partner with leaders and coaches to provide talent advisory and development. She will be a trusted coach, support system and resource for employees. In November 2022 she will be full-time in her new role.
