NEW SHORT-TERM & LONG-TERM DISABILITY PLANS
SCS and MetLife have partnered to offer new short-term and long-term disability plans for 2021.
These plans will typically cover 60% of your pre-disability earnings and be offered with no statement of health during open enrollment.
Employees will be automatically enrolled in both short-term and long-term disability unless you opt out during the open enrollment period.
