TEMPORARY EASTBOUND LANE CLOSURE IN TUNNEL

Traffic in the eastbound Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel will be restricted to one lane beginning Tuesday evening, June 9, 2020, to allow concrete trucks making deliveries to the South Island to safely re-enter Interstate 64.
The temporary lane closure will be set up at 9 p.m. Tuesday and last until approximately 5 a.m. Wednesday. After making deliveries, the trucks will leave the island (Norfolk side) in an eastbound direction in the restricted lane and ease back into traffic flow.
