Dear CVHS Families,
It has been a busy and exciting first week of school! While different than any other year, the 2020-21 school year is off to a great start. Whether you are enrolled in hybrid or in fully-remote learning, welcome back!
Please be sure to read through the important information included in this Monday Memo. Some items require you to take action.
IMPORTANT Back-to-School Forms
We have combined all of our back-to-school forms into a single online Google Form for you to complete. All parents must submit a form for each of their high school students. If you have not done so already, please use this link to complete the online form: Click here to go to the Forms Page. Students do not need to print or turn in these forms, as the school will automatically receive an electronic copy upon your submission.
During remote (hybrid) and CV Cyber instruction, students must check-in for attendance tracking each day. Chartiers Valley is requiring attendance check-in to occur only once a day, before 11:00 pm. Below are helpful instructions for completing attendance each day.
Infinite Campus allows students and parents to stay up to date on grades, assignments, attendance announcements, schedules and more.
Students should access Schoology using their school email address to "Sign in with Google." This is the same process used by students to log in to their Chromebooks.
Parents are encouraged to create their own account by using the Parent Access Code which is typically provided by the school when students begin 9th grade. If you have misplaced your Parent Access Code, please email Mr. Murray at email@example.com.
For help with how to navigate Schoology, please see the videos and handout below.

As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to principals, counselors, or teachers.
