BYLAWS VOTE THIS WEDNESDAY - 7:30pm
We will be voting to approve proposed amendments to the Bylaws of the HSA (first notice on March 7, first reading at the March 23, 2018 HSA meeting).
GRAD BALL UPDATE

The proposed amendments to the provisions in the section on Grad Ball (Art. IV, Section 3) will be tabled for now.
This section, and the status of the Grad Ball committee, will stay exactly as is for now and we will only vote on the other proposed amendments.
Here’s why:
- Since several members voiced concerns over the proposed amendments, we created an Exploratory Committee to explore possible ways to address the concerns related the HSA’s oversight of Grad Ball while protecting the tradition of Grad Ball. As of this time, the Exploratory Committee's work is still ongoing.
- The HSA does not want to rush a vote on such an important issue without having more time to gather information.
