Principal's Corner:

Dear Parents/Guardians

Hello HSA parents! We are looking forward to bigger and better things for our school next year. Re-enrollment forms for next school year were sent home with students last week. Please ask your student to show you.  Students will only be guaranteed a spot in our school for next year, if forms are returned by March 5th. ALL students need to return a re-enrollment form , just mark the appropriate box to indicate YES/returning or NO/not returning. When re-enrolling, please return the form, the re-enrollment fee and a signed transportation form. Your student is not guaranteed a spot until all 3 items are returned. ALL students need to return a signed transportation form. Please complete one form for each student, if you have multiple students attending Horizon.
After March 5th, any remaining spaces will be open to any family in the Columbus area. Once full, students will be placed on a waiting list. If a slot opens, it will be filled by lottery.  Please note that we have been full this school year and have had a waiting list. Despite increasing the size of our school for this year, we expect to be full by June, based on current enrollment and the waiting list. We understand some families may be unsure about their plans for next school year at this time. However, the only way to guarantee your student has a spot in our classes for next year is to re-enroll. If they do not re-enroll by March 5th, their spot will be filled.

We look forward to working with your student again next year! If you have questions, please contact Dr. Raschke by email at or the school office by phone at 614-428-6564.

Each month we like to recognize two students from each grade level for their hard work.  These students have not only displayed HAWK behavior in and out of the classroom but also have shown dedication to their studies.
