Dear Parents,

I hope your summer is off to a great start! Last week I was out of the office celebrating my daughter's graduation from the United States Air Force Academy. I am sorry I was not here for the year-end closing ceremony and to say goodbye.

The Administrative Team has a busy month ahead, closing out our current school year and planning for next year. We are very excited about the 2022-2023 school year and look forward to what will come.

We want you to know we will continue to send emails every week at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesdays. Some of the information will be repetitive, but please ensure you read them, so you do not miss out on upcoming deadlines and dates.

Later this week, you will receive the school supply lists for the 2022-2023 school year and ordering instructions if you want to purchase the pre-packaged supplies through our vendor, EPI. Please note that there will be a quick turnaround for orders.

As always, we are here to serve you and answer any questions you have. Please be assured that we understand the responsibility you have entrusted us with - your precious children - and we take that role very seriously. We look forward to working with you to make this new school year one of the best - one rooted in faith, hope, and love, and one with God at the center of our lives.

School Physicals and Immunizations

The clinic would like to remind everyone that school physicals and immunization records are due BEFORE school begins in the fall.

If your child is new, they must have a physical prior to starting classes.
If your child is planning on participating in HSCS’s athletic program, he/she must have a physical handed in to their coaches before tryouts begin.
Physicals must have been done within the last 12 months.
Please provide the clinic with any new immunizations, medication permission forms, and medical action plans.
