HSDC Rendering Day Info

Hello HSDC Instructors, Partners and Advisors,

Thank you to everyone that has completed their RSVP for Rendering Day (held at BGSU on February 20, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.) and for those instructors that haven’t done so yet, please email your RSVP by Friday, February 13 and include the number of students who will be attending.

In addition to everyone’s RSVP, we have also been requested to provide a list of all drivers that includes their NAME, PLATE NUMBER and STATE to turn into BGSU so that we can register them in advance for electronic passes; please also provide this by February 13, 2026 via the email link below.

Location

Kokosing Hall,103 Park Avenue, Bowling Green, OH 43402

Parking

If at all possible, please provide a list of all drivers and include their NAME, PLATE NUMBER and STATE to turn into BGSU by 02/13/26 so that we can register in advance for electronic passes.
The buses after they drop off can park in the M lot on the north side of the architecture building (see map).

Lunch

BGSU will provide pizza and drinks to the students.

Message to students

BGSU professors typically discuss good board graphics and layouts to kick off the event. Students are encouraged to bring their designs to share with BGSU architecture students and professors after the formal presentation. Students typically bring sketch books, print outs, flash drives, or laptops/tablets to review and get early feedback. We will also have other competition sponsors from the industry to share their specialties.
