CHILDREN AND YOUTH NEWS
Our nursery staff will be short-handed over the next few months. Availability will be communicated weekly. Nursery will be available this Sun, Nov. 16 at 9:30 am.
Please note that for November, we will have Children’s Church on November 16th and 23rd. Children's Church meets at 10:15 and we will join the service, along with those in nursery, at the Peace.
Our Youth Group will meet this Sunday, November 16. We will begin at 9:30 am in the Canterbury Center. After the service, we will have lunch and learn how to make marmalade, which will be featured at our annual Bazaar.

Men's Book Club: November 22nd at 9 am at the Wheeler house: 201 Augusta Road in Clemson. For this session, we will be discussing Nexus: A Brief History of Information Networks from the Stone Age to AI by Yuval Noah Harari. The book is available on Amazon and other on-line sources, or you may choose to order it through the Pendleton Book Shop. All are welcome, even if you have not completed the reading. Join us in the Nave on Thurs, Nov 27 at 10 am for a Thanksgiving service of Holy Eucharist.
The Church Office will be closed Nov 26, 27, and 28th in observance of Thanksgiving.
Sunday, November 30 will begin Advent. Click here to view the flyer. Following the service, we will have light refreshments while we make our traditional Advent Wreath. Supplies will be provided. If you have greenery such as holly, ivy, and cedar that you wish to share, please bring it! Other Advent resources will also be available.

Befriend-a-Canterbear Have a hobby or passion you love? Our new program Befriend-a-Canterbear pairs church members with college students who’d love to learn from you or join in the fun! We will be providing lunch for our students in the Canterbury Center during exam week, 12/8-12/11. Click here to sign up to help.
CCC is distributing holiday food to clients in November and December. They will need lots of frozen turkeys (but please, not the huge ones! 10-13 lb turkeys are plenty big enough)! Publix in Clemson, Pendleton Food Lion, and Ingles in Central will hold purchased turkeys for CCC to pick up. Just take your turkey up to the register and pay for it and leave it with the cashier. If you prefer, you can take your turkey and drop it off at CCC yourself, Monday - Thursday 9 AM - 1 PM.
BOLO for Holy Trinity's Giving Corner! We are excited to announce that there will be several ways for you to give to those in our community throughout the Advent season at Holy Trinity. Look for giving stations for CCC, the Girl Scout Toy Drive, and our Giving Tree, located in the right corner of the Narthex. A special email blast is planned for next week to provide information about each giving opportunity.
