CHILDREN AND YOUTH NEWS

Family Fellowship Field Day Fridays Join us on the Trinity Place Field on the final Friday of each month beginning tomorrow March 27th from 5 pm-6:30 pm

Bring the kids, a lawn chair, and a beverage and enjoy fellowship time with other parents while the kids run around in the fenced-in field. In the event of inclement weather, we will plan to meet in the Parish Hall. Questions? Text Tori Jayroe at 864-506-0221. 


Nursery is available beginning at 9:30 am this Sunday. Children’s Church begins at 10:15 am in the Parish Hall. 


Those in the Nursery and Children’s Church will join us outside for the Palm Sunday service. Children will be guided to the Parish Hall when the service processes inside. 


We will Flower the Cross at our 9 am Easter Children’s Service. Please bring a flower from your garden or yard to place in the cross as you arrive. Our annual Easter Egg Hunt for ages 5th grade and below will follow the service.


COMING UP

The funeral service for Janice Jenkins will be held tomorrow, March 27th at 3 pm at St. Paul's. Committal will be in the churchyard after the service, followed by a reception at Holy Trinity. We pray for all who mourn.


Men's Book Group: This Sat, March 28th at 9 am at the Wheeler house, 201 Augusta Road in Clemson. Coffee and pastries will be provided. As you prepare for Sunday, please consider bringing donations for Clemson Community Care! Suggested items are listed under 'Ongoing Items' below. Reusable Fabric Shopping Bags to place food in are especially needed right now. The orange collection bin in located in the narthex.


Please note that we will celebrate Holy Eucharist at St. Paul's this Sunday, Mar. 29th at 5 pm instead of Easter Sunday, which was originally communicated.

Don't Forget! All are invited to the home of Lura Forcum (183 E. Queen St., Pendleton) for a potluck style meal following this service (click here to view the invitation). Please bring a covered dish.


Episcopal Day School Spring Flower Basket Sales: Last Day for Purchase, this Monday Mar. 30 - Baskets will be available for pick-up from EDS on April 13th after 12:00 PM. Click here to access the order form.


The annual Gethsemane Watch will follow the Maundy Thursday service on April 2 and last until dawn on Good Friday, April 3. Take time to "stay awake for just one hour" with Jesus. The Chapel door will be open for those who wish to come and pray at the Altar of Repose, where the Blessed Sacrament from Maundy Thursday will be kept until the 7:00 am service on Good Friday. Reminder that the Church Office will be Closed on Good Friday, April 3rd as well as Easter Monday, April 6th.

Please note that our Tuesday Morning Bible Study which meets via Zoom is on a temporary hiatus. We will resume on Tues, Apr. 14.


2026 Clemson Football and Summer Event Parking: Deadline to Reserve is March 31. If you wish to reserve parking for the 2026 Clemson Football Season, please contact Evyone Washington. Beginning March 31, spaces will be assigned to those who have paid and reserved. Holy Trinity will also offer pre-paid parking for the summer concerts coming to Clemson. Contact Evyone if you wish to reserve your spot. 

If you would like to volunteer with the summer concert parking, you will receive a free space to park. Contact Martha Williams


GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS

This Saturday, March 28 will be the CU Spring Football Game. Kickoff will be at 1 pm. We will not be offering reserved parking or monitoring our parking lots. However, we will have signage posted which will include ways for the passerby to donate toward the ministries and mission of Holy Trinity.

The HT Archives team is preparing a 20th Anniversary recognition display board(s) for Holy Trinity's Mission Trips to the Gulf Coast in 2006 and 2007. But, we need more photographs. IN THE COMMUNITY

The third annual “Unity in All Communities” festival will be Saturday, April 18th from 1:30 to 6:30 pm at Abel Baptist Church in Clemson. It is fun for the whole family, featuring game booths, activities for children and adults, blood pressure screening and lots of picnic-style food with desserts. Please send all prayer requests to our Parish Administrator, Wesley RameyNames will remain on the prayer list for a period of 3 weeks unless we are informed of a long-term need.


Bible Study with Mtr. Suz meets on Tuesday mornings at 11 via Zoom. Currently on hiatus. Resumes Apr. 14, 2026 Click here for access.


CCC Food and Household Needs: canned meat, fruit, jelly, peanut butter, pork & beans, potatoes, and 2 lb. bags of flour. Non-food items needed are soap, toothpaste, shaving cream and razors, etc.



St. Paul's Thrift Shop regular hours are Monday and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and on every third Saturday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, September through June. It is located at 314 East Queen Street, Pendleton, SC, next to the church. Questions or comments? Holy Trinity Window Decals for your Vehicle Now Available Please display them in your back windshield/on your bumper. They are free and will be available in the narthex or from the church office. If you currently have an Episcopal shield decal displayed prominently on your vehicle, it will suffice for parking around the parish.
