The liability waiver can be signed and delivered to the front desk.
We will also have copies of the liability waiver available at the front desk during your next visit. This is only required once now that it has been implemented, and does not need to be signed each time you use the pool.
If you have questions, please refer to the Facilities Rules and Regulations at the link below or contact the front desk.
Thank you for your support and for keeping our amenities a fun place for all residents to enjoy!

We will have an Environmental Engineer from Adams County for a brief talk -- and LOTS of our group plans to discuss.
We will probably start with our first-ever Guest Speaker -- and then plan to discuss several areas to get our group moving forward. There are a few concepts that we have for sharing environmental info/sources with our greater community -- but we'll be looking for project leaders and great ideas!

URGENT NEED! Operation Warm Coats for Boys!
The HTC Women’s Club is currently working with the staff at South Elementary School in Brighton, Colorado. The Women’s Club is donating school supplies to financially strapped families. Studies have shown that providing the necessary school supplies throughout the school year promotes learning, boosts self-esteem, and helps keep kids in school. The school district just notified the Women’s Club that they have ZERO boy's coats! They received a huge donation of girl's and woman’s coats but absolutely NO coats for boys. Today, and throughout the month of September, the Women’s Club is asking Heritage at Todd Creek residents to find it in their hearts to donate a NEW boy's coat, sizes 5 – 18, and drop the coat off at the clubhouse. There will be a designated donation box for the BOYS' coats. Because the need is so great, as coats are received, the coats will be delivered regularly to the school district for distribution.
If you have questions or concerns, please contact Kathy Hoff, Event Coordinator, Women’s Club, at 303-907-2983 or email her at [email protected].
