HUD Releases New Income Limits for 2025

--Today, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released its updated income limits for 2025. These limits play a crucial role in determining eligibility for various housing assistance programs and impact communities across the country.

--Notably, the national median income in non-metro areas saw an increase of approximately 6.33% this year, a significant rise compared to last year’s 1% increase. This is particularly positive news for owners of low-income housing (50% limit), as it may lead to higher rent allowances and increased financial stability for these properties.

--Our team is currently reviewing the details of these new limits and their potential effects nationwide. We will be issuing a follow-up with key takeaways and insights soon.
