On March 12, 2024, at 12:00 PM CST, HUD will host a training on Housing Notice H 2024-05, on Budget Based Rent Adjustments (BBRAs) for eligible Mark-to-Market (M2M) properties. The training will provide a summary of the notice which sets forth the eligibility requirements and the policies and procedures for obtaining a BBRA.
