KRONOS (IMPORTANT INFORMATION)
CarePoint Health notified JNESO that they were affected by the recent December 11th global ransomware attack on the KRONOS system. Management is working with their vendor to resolve the issue.

In the meantime, HUMC will revert to the below downtime procedures (manual timecards) for timekeeping & payroll:
• Staff should continue to punch in and out at the time clock.
• Staff should fill out and report their time using the below manual timecard and submit it to their manager.
• Managers will submit the below weekly timecards for each employee the Monday following the end of the week.

Any timesheets received after payroll is processed will be issued as a correction check. Any overpayments will be deducted from the employees’ next payroll check.
