HUMC will consolidate all the Holiday Pay Codes into one code labeled as HOL.
Therefore, the following codes currently used to identify the celebrated Holidays as JNYD; JMLK: JMEM; JIND; JLAB; JTGD; JXMAS will be listed as HOL on reports and pay records effective during the next pay period ending 2/26/2022.
All current accrued balances for the individual codes will be placed in the HOL bank. The HOL bank will be capped at 56 hours consistent with the contract.
This will have no impact on the accrual or use of holiday time.
