We are in the process of scheduling a meeting with management as soon as possible, at the direction of the Federal Mediator. Until then, the members should keep in mind that while we negotiate, HUMC is legally required to maintain the status quo for your terms and conditions of employment – that means your pay, your schedules, and other aspects of your work should be treated the same as they were under our previous contract. Other than Article 9 (Grievance Procedure and Arbitration) and Article 12 (Strikes and Lockouts), your rights and privileges on the job should not change. Should you feel threatened, intimidated, or pressured by management, or if management changes your terms and conditions of employment, please notify JNESO immediately.

We also want to tell the public your story! The public needs to know what you have been through over these past years. If any member is willing to tell your story, please contact us right away, we want to get that out!!
