An email blast from Deluxe Branded Marketing with the subject line “Welcome to your CarePoint Uniform Program” was sent to all uniform eligible employee’s personal email addresses. The email introduces Deluxe Branded Marketing as the new uniform provider and includes instructions on how to order uniforms, as follows.
How to use your allowance: 
2. Your username is the prefix `CAR` and your employee ID number. The default password is "Carepoint123". Please contact support if you need to reset your password.
3. If you have an available uniform allowance, it will be on the top right corner of the page.
4. Add your product selections to your cart.
5. Click “Checkout.” Follow the prompts.

HUMC is working with the former vendor on pending orders. Once they reconcile what is outstanding they will determine what is owed.
