Project Update July 25, 2023

A big ol' crane came late last week and placed the HVAC unit on the roof, and they immediately began to add the protective screen. Contractors have already begun the duct work inside the building.

The front, as well as all entry/exit doors, went in yesterday as they begin to try and get the building "closed up".

It's time for everyone in our Great Valley community to GIVE BACK. The community's support over the past six years has been tremendous [Donor List]. Let's finish what we started, paying off the debt and moving forward with the next phase of the project. To do this, the support must continue and be more broad based.

We are asking for help from the entire Great Valley private, public and business community.

Do You Match?

Much of the success of any capital campaign comes from Employer Matching Gift Programs. Most corporations have a a matching gift program which enables you to have twice the impact with your contribution.

To date, we have received over $130,000 in matching gifts towards our new GVCO Community Center.

For this first phase of the project, if we could simply raise that same level of employer matching gifts, it would allow us to nearly pay for the entire plumbing in the building or all of the windows and doors.
