Be on the lookout for Young at Art's 3rd project later this month! Inspired by Gerhard Richter's abstract art, students will be layering colors that bend, scrape, and blur together to create vibrant masterpieces. This is a striking, but messy project, so dress your children accordingly on their project date!
You can also check out these specially curated reading suggestions ahead of the lesson to gear up your little artists!

If you have a current 6th grade daughter in the graduating class of 2032, we invite you to learn more about NCL and apply to join a local chapter.
National Charity League (NCL) is a mother daughter national philanthropic organization. We have three local chapters - Manhattan Hermosa, Pier, and South Bay. NCL is a six year program that starts in 7th grade. We are looking for mothers of current 6th grade daughters that would be interested in hearing more about the organization.
Our membership drive starts January 15th and each chapter has upcoming Prospective Member Meetings in January/February.
We welcome you to reach out to the Chapter(s) you are interested in to find out when their PM meetings are. Unfortunately you can only apply to one Chapter and in order to apply you must attend one of their Prospective Member Meetings.
