SPOTLIGHT

Yearbooks Coming Home

Yearbooks will be distributed this Thursday, June 11th! The yearbooks look incredible, and we have some special people to recognize for creating these amazing keepsakes!

For the View/Vista yearbook, a HUGE thank you goes out to Melissa Grashow! She produced this entire book which took countless hours of hard work and dedication while also assisting on the Valley yearbook. For the Valley yearbook, another HUGE thank you to Ms. Ripley and her Yearbook & Digital Photography class and Nancy Mason who assisted with 8th Grade Dedication pages and Baby Photos. You all did an amazing job!

Lastly, thank you to Lisa Vargas Gardner for managing yearbook sales and distribution. If you ordered a yearbook and your child didn't receive one, look for the email receipt you received from store@hvpto.com and forward it to yearbooks@hvpto.com, and we'll track it down. If you can't find your receipt or have any questions regarding yearbooks, you can also email yearbooks@hvpto.com for help. **Note that HVPTO manages the distribution of yearbooks, so please start with us for any issues instead of the schools.

Middle School Registation

📣 Attention Incoming 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade Students and Families!

Mark your calendars! Hermosa Valley Middle School Registration will take place on Thursday, August 13th, 2026 from 9am-12pm in the Valley Bowl.

Principal Bledsoe will share additional details and important registration information over the summer, so stay tuned.

We encourage families to sign up to volunteer at this event. It’s a great way to get involved in our school community and help students earn valuable service points before the 2026–2027 school year begins! Please remember that students earning service points must volunteer with a parent.

Honor Your Graduates

Time is running out - if you haven't already done so, be sure to order your bouquets, elegant orchid leis, kukui necklaces, cuddly teddy bears, and custom class t-shirts honoring the HVS Class of 2026 for your child's big day.

PREORDER here for easy pickup at the event. HVPTO will receive 25% of all preorders and 15% from day-of sales, helping support our community.

8th Grade Reception Help

This year's 8th Grade Promotion is Friday, June 12th and we still need help from 6th & 7th grade parents during the celebration portion of the evening, so the families of 8th graders can enjoy this time with their kids.

Moms and Dads, please lend a hand for an hour or two! Next year, you will all want to enjoy your graduation with your kiddos, so please pay it forward!

Click here to sign up and scroll down to the 5:30pm slots to see where you can help. Thanks in advance!
