HVS Brokerage & Advisory announces the sale of the 80-key Comfort Suites Sulphur – Lake Charles, located at 2505 Highway 108 South, Lake Charles, Louisiana 70665. The limited-service hotel property, built in 2009, was sold via an online auction on Ten-X and was purchased by LA Asset Reserves LLC, based in Lake Charles, from SAI Hotel Inc., based in Sulphur, Louisiana.

HVS Brokerage & Advisory Closes Sale of Homewood Suites by Hilton IAH Airport in Houston, Texas

HVS Brokerage & Advisory announces the sale of the lender-owned (REO), 64-key Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston IAH Airport, located at 1340 North Sam Houston Parkway East, Houston, Texas 77032. The extended-stay hotel property, built in 2003, was purchased by Magnolia Hospitality Group, based in Dallas, Texas, from Rialto Capital Management, based in Miami, Florida.
