Danielle is a Claims Director for Lincoln Financial Group and is a 15-year veteran of the claim’s organization. Lincoln Financial group offers Group Protection products and services to millions of customers through company benefits and payroll deductions. Danielle is also a Medical Assistant and former Nail Technician who ran her own business for 15 years. Danielle has held many leadership roles since she was 18 years old starting with her first managerial role at McDonalds on 30th and Ames. She has had held either mentoring or leadership roles at Baker’s Supermarket, Popeye’s, West Teleservices, and Ancillary Care Management.
Danielle joined the Lincoln team in August of 2008. She began her career as a Short-Term Disability claims specialist, was promoted to a senior/lead claims specialist in 2009 and later promoted to supervisor in 2012. She was promoted to manager in 2013. Danielle was later promoted to Claims Director in August of 2018, overseeing millions of dollars in premium daily.
In the 15 years that Danielle has been with LFG, she has worn many hats as a subject matter expert for internal practices and controls, with a focus on innovation & strategy in all roles that she has occupied.
In her current Director role, she leads 4 managers, 4 supervisors and 1 consultant. Danielle is well versed in risk management, service delivery, customer satisfaction, problem solving, relationship building, in addition to talent management.
