As the founder and owner of Bear Company Counseling, a thriving group therapy practice, Payton has been at the forefront of mental health care since establishing his business in 2021. With a deep commitment to his field, he has been active in mental health work since 2014, bringing a wealth of experience and insight to his work.

Virginia Smith is a “Serial Entrepreneur”. As a mother of 3 beautiful children, she became an International Hair Stylist, Licensed Massage Therapist, Owner of Next Vizion Salon and More, Independent Hip Hop Artist, Travelpreneur and Community Advocate. Connecting with others and making positive impact through life experiences is her passion. As an artist, record and performer in Omaha and around the country from Stankonia Recording Studio in Atlanta GA with the Coalition Djs to the National Fleet Dj conference.
