2025 starts a year of resolutions, eating healthier, exercising

and loving yourself through it all.

For many, these fitness goals include getting and staying in the

best shape of your life!

Hot Yoga At Sunrise is here to help with exciting classes, sound healings,

drumming circles and favorites like the Hot 26, Yin, Fusion Flow,

Fusion Sculpt and Active Release Yoga.

With 60 to 90 minute classes we offer a time and that fits your schedule and classes that help to stay in tune with your mind, body and spirit.

Bring a drum, rattles, or bongo's anything is fine to join us in celebrating the full moon. (we have a few extras if you don't have anything.

PLEASE TAKE HOME YOUR

Yoga mats, water bottles and check

the cubbies for any other personal items.

We’ll be cleaning the studio on

Saturday January 18th.

Feel free to bring your clean mats back

on or after Monday January 20th.

All items left at the studio

after January 18th

will go to a new home.

Parking

Please display your parking permit while taking class.

As the schedule get busier we know it can be hard to find a spot.

Guidelines: please park in our parking spots as your first option,

remember to double park and pull all the way up.

You can park anywhere but upstairs.

9am and 4:30pm please don't park at the Choral society

and never upstairs.

addition a parking is available to the right side of the Choral Society.
