Black Dirt Festival
Thanks to the good folks at Castle Theatre, Habitat McLean County will be participating in Black Dirt Festival THIS WEEKEND, July 22 & 23. Outdoor concert opens each night on Washington St, 5:00 p.m. right in front of the Castle.

They're also offering you a 20% Discount on online ticket sales through Thursday, July 21. Use the code HABITAT. Not valid for ticket purchases at the gate.

Look for us at the Habitat festival tent where you can sign a stud (they'll be built into this year's houses), and participate in a 50/50 raffle. We'll draw and announce a winner each night. You must be present to win.

All funds raised at the BDF will help us purchase building materials for the four 2022 houses already underway. Thank you for your support!

Groundbreakings
We are determined to get back on track with our builds after the Covid-imposed pause. That means we're putting the final touches on the four 2021 houses at the same time we're starting four 2022 houses! We broke ground on the Dickerson home in June. We welcomed 3 more future homeowners into the Habitat Family on July 16 with groundbreaking ceremonies.
What a day of celebration!
