Know Someone Interested In Homeownership?

Thank you, Paul!

STCU and Apple Valley News Now have come together to shine a spotlight on the incredible volunteers in our community who go above and beyond for the non-profits they support. Through the STCU Volunteer Count initiative, they share inspiring stories of dedicated individuals.

One such outstanding volunteer is Paul Roberts, whose unwavering commitment to Tri-County Partners Habitat has not gone unnoticed. Recognized by STCU for his exceptional hard work and selfless dedication, Paul's efforts have truly made a difference in our mission of fostering community, hope, and security. We extend our deepest gratitude to Paul for his invaluable contributions and express our heartfelt thanks to STCU for their generous donation in his honor.

It is truly remarkable to reflect on the incredible dedication and generosity of individuals like Paul, who has selflessly given thousands of hours to contribute to the construction of Habitat for Humanity homes. The impact of his efforts, along with the collective work of all our volunteers, goes beyond measure. We are immensely grateful to Paul and all those who tirelessly dedicate their time to improving the lives of families within our community.

Meet Karl, Habitat ReStore Employee!

Karl, a dedicated employee at the Habitat ReStore, is celebrating his upcoming 3-year anniversary with the store in August! Despite facing challenges like the Habitat ReStore truck breaking down on the highway, Karl's commitment and positive attitude shine through. His love for people and working with the public, as well as his strong bond with his team, make him a valuable asset to the Habitat family. One of Karl's most memorable days was also one of the busiest, when he and Desiree managed to handle an impressive 31 donations in just 5 hours, showcasing their efficiency and teamwork. Karl's unwavering dedication to bringing in donations and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently is truly commendable. Thank you, Karl, for your hard work and for being an important part of the Habitat team – your efforts do not go unnoticed!

Framing Futures Campaign

Last year, thanks to our wonderful donors we were able to raise over $152,0000! The cost of lumber and trusses for a Habitat home totals almost $20,0000 per home! Our next project on South Washington Street, will consist of 15 homes. The cost of lumber and trusses will total over $300,000!! As we look towards the future, our homeowners are the forefront of our minds. To help alleviate some of the lumber costs, we have a goal of exceeding $300,000!
