Administrative Coordinator
Please welcome Shonda Trotter, Hackberry Creek's newest office member! Shonda joined CCMC & Hackberry Creek this past Monday as our new Administrative Coordinator in the HOA Office.
She has only been here a few days but jumped right in and started off strong getting to know the processes and procedures here.
She is originally from west Texas (Brownfield) and currently resides in Grapevine just a few minutes away. She is also a past HOA Board member from a previous community in which she used to live! She has three children and loves to play tennis and pickleball.
Say hello when you have a chance! If you need to reach out to her via email you can reach her at strotter@ccmcnet.com.

AT&T FIBER INSTALL WORK HAS BEGUN | |
If you haven't noticed all the small utility flags in yards in the west side of the neighborhood yet, be advised work has just begun in the neighborhood on fiber optic internet installation. This will be a long process over the next weeks and months. Many homeowners will see work done in their yards in existing utility easements in areas from curbs to just inside the backside edge of sidewalks.
Unfortunately the HOA has no control over what work is done in homeowner utility easements and from what we understand it is their responsibility to repair any sod or irrigation lines that may be affected. Repiars may not take place immediately and only after work on a particular street is complete.
