Visit our web portal, www.calvos.net and create your account, as it provides access to many resources and information on our services. To create your account you need the following: Full name, as you signed when enrolling with us and either your member I.D. or your SS number. Once you create your account; you will be able to access the following:
1. View and print your member I.D. card
2. Download your Member Handbook. Please review the member handbook, as it
is an important source of information about your benefits, exclusions, limitations,
and access to medical care
3. View and print the Provider Directory.
4. View and print your claims and reviewed how they were processed
5. Access other important information on wellness initiatives and calendar of
activities
