We are pleased to inform you that Calvo’s SelectCare has been selected as the Third Party Administrator (TPA) for the Government of Guam's FY 2024 self-insured medical and pharmacy benefits. You will have choices of the HSA2000, PPO1500 and RSP (must be a retiree enrolled in Medicare Parts A&B).
If you are enrolled with medical, dental, or pharmacy benefits with Calvo's SelectCare or TakeCare for the current 2023 fiscal year, you will be automatically enrolled into the same plan for FY 2024.
As a member of the self-insured plan, you and your eligible dependants will have access to a wide network of providers locally in Guam, in Asia, Hawaii, in Southern California, and the rest of the continental United States through the United HealthCare network of providers.
Please review the new rates, as they apply on October 1, 2023. Rates are provided in the inside back cover of the FY2024 Enrollment Booklet. The annual Open Enrollment (OE) starts on September 11th and concludes on September 26th. OE allows you the opportunity to make any necessary changes to your enrollment including termination of coverage.
