HART HOUSE THEATRE UPDATE

Issue 19, 2018/2019 Season | January 15, 2019
Hair  opens on Friday
Our crew is focusing the lights, the cast is rehearsing their dance steps, the band is tuning their instruments and we are getting excited for Friday's opening of Hair ! Are you ready for a radical time?
Did you know that the songs from Hair were written by recently deceased, Canadian jazz composer Galt MacDermot? Or that the original Broadway cast's album is still the last cast recording to reach No. 1 on the charts? Even Hamilton can't claim that brag...

Tickets for our opening weekend are selling quickly, so don't delay, book now >>
Congratulations to Heathers: The Musical
We are so proud to say that this year Heathers: The Musical took home Best Independent Theatre Production at the 2018 Broadway World Awards! Nominations were reader-submitted and voted on by local theatre audiences and we are so excited for the cast and creative team. Congratulations to all of this year's winners!
