Link Sisters……
I am pleased to share with you our progress in Haiti since the inception of our WA program, ‘2000 Boots On The Ground’. Your financial contributions, mission trip participation, and donation of medical supplies, school supplies, and clothing, have provided the foundation for our international work and commitment to our Haitian brothers and sisters.

Our first trip to Haiti in 2017 served as an exploratory mission to determine the infrastructure and collaborative partnerships we would develop to support our ongoing work. Our February 2018 trip to Haiti will be announced in the coming weeks with our new strategic partnerships. Please be on the lookout for an eblaast from Link Kenadie Richardson, WA Chair/International Trends & Services announcing the 2018 Mission Trip including itinerary, costs, and payment information.

As we move forward with our commitment in Haiti we’ve identified four focal areas for our service work and several high performing non-profit organizations to work with us in accomplishing our goals.

To date, we have raised $21,213 towards our 2020 goal of $50K and we thank you for your generosity and selfless giving to support this program.

The four focal areas for this program include water well installation, medical services, urban development, and micro finance entrepreneurship. ‘You shall generously give to him, and your heart shall not be grieved when you give to him, because for this thing the LORD your God will bless you in all your work and in all your undertakings. For the poor will never cease to be in the land; therefore I command you, saying. You shall freely open your hand to your brother, to your needy and poor in your land."
