An update from Pastor Maxeau Antoine:
The Valley of Hope Mission along side some others pastors from others denominations came together and saw the necessity to encourage the churches in the towns of Pétion ville and Kenscoff after gangs put every one outside for about six months.
After a successful crusade last February, we decided to organize a conference under this topic called Personal Experience with God in the Crisis Times. So we invited pastors and churches leaders to come in and hotel at fort-Jaques, Haiti for three days starting in August 22 to finish in the 24.
It was a really great and blessed moment to see pastors coming very far, walking 3 hours and some of them who can’t go back when families welcome them to spend the conference time with them.
It was a sign of great commitment and communion.
We took that opportunity to teach them the Experiencing God book. We saw how the pastors are hungry for the teaching of the word of God.
The great result is that more then 200 Experiencing God books have been distributed, and 27 groups have been put on place to study the book.
You can see smiles, joy upon the face of the pastors and the churches leaders.
All of this happened because of God and the generosity of organizations like HUG and his supporters.
We are praying to open soon a continuing training for those pastors and churches leaders, equipping them so that they can be transformational leaders ready to fight the battle until Jesus will come.
Keep praying and supporting us.
God bless.
